About executive function coaching

My journey began in the Army in the late 90s, followed by 20 years in corporate tech leadership. Along the way, I built skills that helped me bring out the best in others, while also facing my own struggles with overwhelm and a late ADHD diagnosis at 48.

That experience inspired me to train as a life coach, specialising in executive function and ADHD-friendly strategies. Today, I help professionals prevent burnout and rebuild well-being and productivity.

My approach combines personalised strategies with practical support designed for high-functioning individuals.

ADHD-friendly coaching

What makes this approach particularly powerful is how it addresses the shame cycle that often compounds ADHD struggles. When you understand that your challenges stem from neurological differences and not character flaws, you can redirect energy from self-criticism toward effective solutions. 💪

The result isn’t learning to be someone different, but becoming more skilled at being your authentic self. You develop systems that work with your brain’s strengths while supporting its challenges, creating sustainable success without the constant exhaustion of trying to fit into incompatible frameworks. 🌟🚀
